A hands-on introduction to the Japanese technique of ‘Tataki Zomé (flower pounding), a process of hammering flowers into paper and fabrics – using the plants that grow in the local area! Explore different compositions and experience the beautiful natural colours the plants can make.

Fabrics are sourced from charity shops/ second hand stores!

Some flowers, plants and vegetables to be brought in, participants are encouraged to bring flowers from their own gardens or respectfully forage from the local area!
